Firmware upgrade tool
The C1 and C2 family camera firmware can be updated over a USB cable. CPU has a hardcoded bootloader; thus, bricking the camera is practically impossible. But unplugging the camera during flash operation is not recommended.
Update instructions:
- Download flash tool flash_public.zip
- Extract the program to a separate folder
- Prepare firmware
firmware.binfile (generated separately by the support) - Run tool, browse for the prepared firmware file, and press the button

Make sure other (even integrated ones) cameras are disabled or disconnected from computer
